Gathering in Community

We strive to create a sense of home in our community by offering extravagant welcome to any and every human being (all ages, races, ethnicities, physical and mental abilities, sexual orientations, genders, economic means) – including doubters and believers from many faith backgrounds. We feel called by God to be a shelter in the storm, embracing together the joys and burdens of the world.

One way we get to know each other better is through our fellowship events. From picnics in our Memorial Park to potluck lunches, from family movie and game nights to quiet country retreats, and from the Sunday morning coffee hour to evenings of storytelling, there are so many ways to meet and connect with others. Please join us – we want to get to know you!

Let’s Eat!

At United Parish in Brookline, we love any excuse for two things: a chance to get together and a chance to eat!

Retreats

Once a year we get away for the weekend. There are fun, relaxing, and rejuvenating activities for all ages. We share meals together, enjoy laughter and conversation, explore nature, and worship together.

Affinity Groups

At United Parish, we believe that small groups provide comfortable environments where we get together to explore faith and life.

Strawberry Festival

Join the fun at the annual Strawberry Festival held each year in June on the front lawn at United Parish. Enjoy yummy strawberry shortcake and food from the grill while tapping your toes to live music. Find bargains at the used book sale and our thrift shop, Thrifty Threads.
